VOICES! is the new District 4 Coalition newsletter organized by volunteer neighborhood leaders. Initial pages are devoted to major citywide events and issues followed by reports from the many neighborhood associations in our district. Check out the March 2024 issue at: tinyurl.com/mtxdxjp6
The restructuring of the City of Portland’s governance structure has also resulted in the reorganization of the city’s 95 neighborhood associations into four new District Coalitions. Neighbors West Northwest, Linnton’s longtime coalition, has expanded to represent 32 neighborhood associations within the boundaries of District 4, the new political boundary for our three district representatives – Olivia Clark, Mitch Green and Eric Zimmerman. Each councilor will be featured in 2 monthly issues a year in VOICES!
