Tucked between the train tracks and the curve of St. Helens Road, Kingsley Park is one of Linnton’s quietest and most promising public spaces. With towering trees, a grassy field, and views of the Willamette, it has the bones of a peaceful refuge or a vibrant community gathering place—but right now, it’s underused.
