People in Linnton have the right to breathe clean air. To help us make that happen, please report any outdoor odors that you smell over the next few months. It’s easy to do: Just leave a message with as much detail as you can to DEQ at 1+888-997-7888. DEQ specifically requests that you include:
• time of day
• suspected source
• location
• your location

Linnton Speaks Out, our advocacy group, recently contacted DEQ Cleaner Air Oregon to ask for testing of Linnton’s air quality, including a request to test Linnton’s tank farm emissions, our 3rd identical request in 2 years. We will update you about the results of a meeting with DEQ soon.
