NET is pleased that this long-awaited community request is on target to occur soon. The Portland Bureau of Emergency Management (PBEM) is offering a first-aid training just for us right here in Linnton! Because they must arrange for staff and materials, we must provide an approximate number of participants. The dates and times will be finalized after that.
