When Kenton staple Salvageworks closed their doors at the end of 2021, three employees decided to keep the dream alive and continue the product lines and level of excellence they had been purveying for years. Ranchero Provisions, a wood shop specializing in reclaimed wood furniture, was born. Head shopdog Rick Pedrosa had used the name previously for his luthier projects, which he is still hard at work at when time permits.
Located under and behind MissionCraft Furniture at 10828 NW St. Helens Road, their doors have been open since November of last year. The products they offer range from shelves, mantels, tables, benches, cabinets, butcher blocks, charcuterie boards, waterfall coffee tables, and even guitars. Using reclaimed materials, as well as live edge slabs and other local hardwoods, they specialize in unique custom furniture meant to last lifetimes.
