Three positions are open in the May election. Elections will take place during the July 7th General Meeting at 7pm.
Vice Chair:
• Attend General membership meetings bi-monthly
• Attend any interim meetings called by the chairperson
• Attend meetings of Neighbors West-Northwest monthly
• Create Agenda and conduct General Membership meetings should the Chair be unavailable
• Be Liaison between the LNA and the local businesses and community center
• Vote to approve motions made during meetings
Secretary:
• Attend General membership meetings bi-monthly
• Attend any interim meetings called by the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson
• Take minutes of every meeting
• Post minutes to LNA website, after approval, in a timely manner
• Schedule through Zoom, if necessary, the meeting and notify the membership of the meeting
• Send reminder of the meeting out 2 days ahead of each meeting
Board Member at Large:
• Attend General membership meetings bi-monthly
• Attend any interim meetings called by the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson
• Vote to approve any motions made during meetings
